I would also like to add that on march 3rd 2013 I went to the car wash put in my card got a receipt drove into the bay and it did not work so I was charged for not getting a car wash! You must be making alot of money for ripping off people!
I went to try this carwash out today 1/21/13 and there was a van in the bay as I pulled up. I went ahead and selected the $9.00 wash and inserted my MasterCard to pay for the car wash. After doing so I was prompted if I wanted a receipt, I selected yes and immediately after doing so the computer operated machine crashed and re-booted. I thought well no big deal I have the receipt with the wash code. Well the code printed out as 02199Z, there are only numeric options on the keypad and not alpha. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. NOW I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR $9.00 SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE. JUST AS BOBBY SMITH ABOVE EXPERIANCED ON 10/17/2012. SO MUCH FOR NEW MANAGEMENT, THERES NO WAY FOR US TO CONTACT YOU TO OBTAIN A CORRECTED CODE OR REFUND.
I went by this plave 2 days ago, I used my card and tried to get the 9 dollar auto wash. After I put my card in the machine just beeped very loud then nothing. after a few minutes I had to back out and leave. Then today I see I was charged for the wash. 9 dollars. So I paid and got no service. I would suggest no one use this place. No way to get a refund or what you pay for.
