As one of my favorite places for sushi in the area, I always find East Moon Asian Bistro in Westminster welcoming and friendly! We come to East Moon at least 3 times a month as it has become our “go-to” for fresh and affordable sushi in the north metro area. Tonight we decided to start with some cocktails, a Jack and Coke for my partner in crime and the signature “Cucumber Cooler” for myself.
