After a long week, with all the fantastic things CO has to offer, what do you do to unwind? After a full week with demands to meet, it is far too easy to take yourself way too seriously. The weather was perfect in Parker today; sunny, crisp with a light breeze. The vibrant blue sky seemed particularly inviting as my daughter pulled me to our neighborhood park. After I let myself relax a bit, I had an enjoyable date at the park for an hour and loved watching her run, slide, laugh and swing. It reminded me how healthy it is to get outside and play.
